Returns & refunds

Contact UAE Top Deals within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, you receive a different product, or there is another error with your order.

Email Help@uaetopdeals.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where available, help us review your request.

We cover return shipping for these order issues. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return. We will confirm the return and refund steps with you after reviewing the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

يتحمل المتجر تكلفة شحن الإرجاع في هذه الحالات. يرجى التواصل معنا أولًا لترتيب الإرجاع. سنؤكد معك خطوات الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ بعد مراجعة المشكلة.

يُعاد المبلغ المستحق إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويعتمد وقت ظهوره على مزود خدمة الدفع.
